28/07/2006, New General Director for Spain office: On 1st June 2006, Federico Syassen was appointed Managing Director of the Madrid office of MAN B&W Diesel. Carlos Keller has taken over responsibility for PrimeServ Spain’s after-sales activities.
05/07/2006, New Launch of RK 280 as engine series MAN 28/33D: The RK 280, previously developed and sold through the UK branch of MAN B&W Diesel, will be transferred to the headquarters in Augsburg and newly launched as an MAN 28/33D engine.
30/06/2006, Pachta-Reyhofen takes over at the helm: With effect from 1st July 2006, Dr. Georg Pachta-Reyhofen will take over as CEO of MAN B&W Diesel AG, Augsburg. Håkan Samuelsson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAN B&W Diesel, will thereupon resign from his post of “Working Chairman”.
