21/03/2003, 134 Turbomachines for Ethylene Plants Delivered Worldwide to Date -: MAN TURBO is supplying the turbomachinery sets for an ethylene plant in Hungary
07/02/2003, MAN B&W Ltd Proposed Restructuring: MAN B&W Diesel Ltd, with sites at Stockport, Colchester and Stamford has announced proposed changes to its operations. The VP185 engine manufacture would be transferred from Colchester to Stockport during 2003.
31/01/2003, EU project for environmental protection: The two world-leading manufacturers of marine engines, MAN B&W Diesel and WÄRTSILÄ, will join forces for environmental projection. The companies have been encouraged to participate as principal forces in a large scale R&D project unter the auspices of the European Union. Subject is the global problem of CO2 and pollutant emissions.
25/11/2002, Customer Support under new name Diesel Service Ltd: As part of the restructuring in the UK in order to align with the MAN B&W Diesel Service worldwide offering, MAN B&W Diesel Ltd has re-named its aftermarket support operations from Customer Support to Diesel Service.
